Stacey.Therapy is a private pay practice. This allows me to offer a more flexible and confidential experience for my clients. 

Private pay means Therapists can set their own fees, rather than being restricted by insurance reimbursement, so my cost can often stay lower for clients compared to insurance based practices. Without insurance, therapists can work with clients more flexibly, not limited to a set amount of sessions, and not needing to pathologize for insurance. No cookie cutter approach, real individual needs are seen. Therapists aren’t required to share clinical notes or diagnoses with third parties, which protects client privacy.
