ABOUT ME

I have been working in the helping field for over 20 years. I began my work in massage therapy, energy work, and coaching, which eventually led me into family therapy and counselling.

I am a diploma-trained counsellor and somatic-informed practitioner. I specialize in supporting women and people who are wanting to shift old patterns, chronic stress responses, anxiety, people-pleasing, emotional overwhelm, and the sense of feeling stuck despite understanding themselves.

What sets my work apart from more traditional talk therapy is my focus on somatics and nervous system regulation. These approaches help us explore not only what you think and feel, but how stress, emotion, and old survival patterns live in the body.

You will never receive a cookie-cutter approach here. I offer therapy that is tailored to you, in a relaxed, grounded, and supportive space where you can feel seen, understood, and met as a whole person.

I love this work. Through my own life experiences, I know how powerful it can be to sit with someone who truly gets you — someone who sees you beyond the surface and helps you reconnect with yourself in a deeper way.

Some of my clients have been with me for years, not because they need to be, but because they want to be. They value the sacred space that a real therapeutic relationship offers. A safe island that they can visit when they need a break from the tribe to find themselves.
